No dials. No apps. No learning curve. AuricRefresh is designed so anyone can begin a session in less than sixty seconds — then simply sit back and let the field do the work.
For standard seated use. If you are setting this up for the first time, please read the Full Walkthrough below. Once your feet are on the mesh and the device is powered on, the special restorative electric field instantly envelops your entire body. Read through these five steps once — most customers memorize them after a single session.
Place the AuricRefresh unit on a dry, non-conductive table or nightstand (plastic or wood). Never place the device on the floor. Place the aluminum mesh electrode on a low plastic footstool, and place a plastic chair nearby for you to sit on. Seat cushions are fine to use.
Plug the Output High Voltage Cable into the back of the device. Attach the alligator clip to the aluminum mesh. Important: Keep this cable at least 6 inches (15 cm) off the floor. Coil and tie it if it is too long.
Plug the AC power cord into a wall outlet. Keep the AC cord far away from the High Voltage cable and the mesh.
Sit in your chair. Lift both feet off the floor and place them on the aluminum mesh (barefoot or with socks). The indicator lights will turn on, confirming the wellness field is active. The Golden Rule: While your feet are on the mesh, do not touch the floor, grounded objects, appliances, the AC power cord, the device itself, or other people.
Lift both feet off the mesh. You are now safely disconnected from the field. Step onto the floor and unplug the AC power cord from the wall.
Only needed before storing the device or for household safety around children and pets. Wait 5 minutes after unplugging, then use the Discharge Cable on the Black and Red Jacks. See the full discharging guide
That's the entire setup. The detailed walkthrough below covers everything you'd want to know — but you can begin healing with just the five steps above.
Consistency is the key to lasting healing. These three simple patterns cover every situation — from active illness to lifelong prevention.
3 to 5 sessions per day, 30 minutes each. This sustained rhythm is what supports the body through active illness and serious health and wellness concerns.
Additional overnight use while sleeping is encouraged for faster results. Safe to use throughout the night on a non-conductive bed.
One 30-minute session daily is a good practice for prevention and ongoing wellness in good health.
The quick-start steps above are all you need. To get the absolute most out of your AuricRefresh, it helps to understand how the energy field works. The goal is to keep the energy enveloping your body, rather than letting it "leak" into the ground. Proper insulation is the key to getting the best results.
Insulation is your best friend. Plastic is strongly recommended over wood. Wood naturally absorbs moisture from the air, which can slowly reduce its insulating properties and cause the energy field to weaken. Always use clean, dry plastic chairs and footstools. Cushions and blankets are perfectly fine to use for your comfort.
The instant your feet touch the mesh, you may feel a split-second, gentle tingling. This is simply the electric field connecting to your body.
Your device comes with an aluminum mesh as the electrode. However, if it wears out over time, or if you prefer a different texture, you can replace it with any customized conductive material of your choice. Any conductive material — copper, aluminum, steel mesh, sheet metal, or plain aluminum foil — will function perfectly as the electrode. Just make sure the alligator clip has a solid metal-to-metal connection.
Need to grab a glass of water or use the restroom? There is no need to turn the device off.
The same method applies when using the device in a lying position — lift your feet off the mesh before getting out of bed or off the couch.
AuricRefresh is equally effective for the elderly, the seriously ill, or anyone who prefers to heal while lying down. The setup is nearly identical, with a few small adjustments for comfort.
Keep this short list in mind and every session will be effortless and completely safe. The single most important habit: never make contact with a grounded object while any part of your body is touching the aluminum mesh.
One of the most reassuring things about AuricRefresh is that its power is completely tangible — you don't have to take it on faith. Here's a simple test you can do during any session to confirm the field is active and your insulation is good.
Sometimes seeing it once is worth a thousand words. This short video shows the presence of the powerful special electric field.
The device holds onto a small electric charge after it is turned off. Discharging the device releases this energy safely — and is required in a few specific situations, such as before storing the device or for household safety around children and pets.

Most questions about using AuricRefresh come up in the first few sessions. The answers below cover everything you're likely to wonder about.
Yes, but you should not handle the AC power cord while touching the mesh. If you want to be in position first, simply have a family member or friend plug the device into the wall outlet for you.
You will experience a small, momentary shock for a microsecond if someone touches you or if you touch a grounded object. This is similar to touching a doorknob and getting a shock during winter. This shock is harmless and has no adverse effects on the user. However, we discourage you from doing this, as it may introduce wear and tear to the device.
The Golden Rule: do not touch the floor, grounded objects, appliances, the AC power cord, the device itself, or other people while any part of your body is in contact with the aluminum mesh. That includes appliances, taps and metal plumbing, metal furniture, electronics connected to the mains, the device's own AC power cord, and other people who are themselves grounded.
As long as you observe this single rule, it is physically impossible to receive a static shock. The field envelops you safely — it does not flow through you.
No need to switch off. Simply lift both feet off the aluminum mesh before standing up and letting your feet touch the floor. When you return, do the reverse: sit back on the plastic chair first, then lift both your feet off the floor and place them back on the mesh.
The same method applies when using the device in a lying position — lift your feet off the mesh before getting out of bed or off the couch.
Yes. You can coil or loop the cable and tie it to shorten it and keep it clear of the ground. Just make sure the coiled section stays at least 6 inches (15 cm) above the floor and away from any conductive surface.
Absolutely — the field works just as effectively in a reclining position. The only difference is that the aluminum mesh is placed directly on the bed or couch, underneath the user. For most people the most comfortable placement is just below the knees, which also makes it easy to lift your feet off the screen when getting in and out of bed.
One important note: use a non-conductive bed, couch, or foam mattress without metal springs. Metal springs inside a mattress will cause electric field leakage and reduce the healing efficacy.
Most people are able to use small electronic devices like phones and tablets during a session without any issue. It depends somewhat on the durability of the specific gadget in the presence of the electric field.
Simple, non-sensitive electronics — a TV remote, for example — are generally fine to hold and use throughout a session. If you're at all unsure about an expensive device, it's perfectly fine to keep the session as a few minutes of quiet rest instead.
If it wears out over time, or if you prefer a different texture, you can replace it with any customized conductive material of your choice. Copper, aluminum, steel mesh, sheet metal, or plain aluminum foil will all function perfectly as the electrode — just make sure the alligator clip has a solid metal-to-metal connection.
A hissing or crackling sound from the back of the device usually means the surface it's sitting on is not well insulated, allowing a small amount of electric field to leak from the discharge terminal onto the table.
The simplest fix is to place a flat sheet of insulating material directly underneath the device — a thick plastic bag, a sheet of bubble wrap, or a piece of Styrofoam all work well. You can also try moving the device to a different table. Once the leak is eliminated, the full strength of the field reaches you.
No. If your device stays set up in the same spot, it will naturally discharge itself over a few hours. You only need to discharge the device before storing it (if you need to touch the cables or terminals) or for household safety — to prevent accidental static shocks to children, pets, or others who might touch the mesh while you are away.
